I don't or seldom eat fish for my diet. Eat less meat (1 serving chicken) more vegetables, rice and 1 egg, my diet t dinner. Morning noodles soup with beans sprout, lunch may skip meals with coffee drink and sandwiches or dry berries. Do humans have to eat so much fishes in their diet. No. I only have 1 premium fish per year once on Chinese New Year. Not because I am poor or budget.
