Invest in monthly cash flow with a return of at least 6% annual rental return with growth prospects for the future. It is important that mortgage if any, should be payable by the rental. Availability should be limited with little future scope of oversupply. For such investment property but the best location. Etc etc. There is so much which if one takes into consideration, the state or location becomes immaterial and you can see your money grow and the experience can be very fulfilling.
